Carter Community Charter School, INC., will collaborate with community partners to achieve the following goals:

To become an Honor School of Excellence by 2012. This will be done by achieving high student performance on the North Carolina End of Grade Tests.

To achieve Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) annually as determined by No Child Left Behind legislation.

To insure that all students are achieving at or above grade level, and showing continuous progress, by using standardized instruments to monitor students progress.

To provide extended day and year learning experiences for Carter Community Charter School, INC., students and the community at large.
